Instant Pot Ranch Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Cut Into Chunks
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Packet Hidden Valley Ranch
  • 4 Slices of Bacon, Cooked, Chopped
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Cut Into Small Blocks
  • 1 lb Dry Penne Pasta
  • 3 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth 
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in Instant Pot
  2. Add broth, milk and ranch.  Stir.
  3. Add pasta and stir.  Noodles should be as covered as possible
  4. Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes
  5. After cooking cycle is complete, perform quick release
  6. Stir in cream cheese, cheddar cheese and cooked bacon
  7. Cool for 5-10 minutes to let sauce thicken
