Instant Pot Ranch Chicken Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Cut Into Chunks
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 Packet Hidden Valley Ranch
- 4 Slices of Bacon, Cooked, Chopped
- 8 oz Cream Cheese Cut Into Small Blocks
- 1 lb Dry Penne Pasta
- 3 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 2 Cups Milk
- 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in Instant Pot
- Add broth, milk and ranch. Stir.
- Add pasta and stir. Noodles should be as covered as possible
- Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes
- After cooking cycle is complete, perform quick release
- Stir in cream cheese, cheddar cheese and cooked bacon
- Cool for 5-10 minutes to let sauce thicken
