Lemon Pepper Shrimp and Orange Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Medium Cooked Shrimp
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 7 oz Baby Spinach
  • 1 Large Naval Orange
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • SweetLeaf Liquid to taste

Directions

  1. Remove tales from shrimp and place in small frying pan.
  2. In small bowl mix lemon juice, pepper and stevia together.  Pour over shrimp.
  3. Saute shrimp until warm and coated in lemon juice and pepper. 
  4. Sprinkle shrimp over spinach.  You can use the juice left in the pan as a dressing.
  5. Peel orange and separate into slices.  Sprinkle over salad.
