Lemon Pepper Shrimp and Orange Salad

Ingredients
- 4 oz Medium Cooked Shrimp
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 7 oz Baby Spinach
- 1 Large Naval Orange
- Black Pepper to taste
- SweetLeaf Liquid to taste
Directions
- Remove tales from shrimp and place in small frying pan.
- In small bowl mix lemon juice, pepper and stevia together. Pour over shrimp.
- Saute shrimp until warm and coated in lemon juice and pepper.
- Sprinkle shrimp over spinach. You can use the juice left in the pan as a dressing.
- Peel orange and separate into slices. Sprinkle over salad.
