Coconut Flour Crust Pizza

Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Cup Canned Coconut Milk
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Pizza Seasoning
- 1 Clove Minced Garlic
- 1/2 Cup Wild Harvest Organic Tomato Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
- Pre-heat your oven to 375ΒΊ. Line a pizza pan with parchment paper and spray with non stick olive oil cooking spray.
- Beat eggs in a medium bowl.
- Whisk in milk until well mixed.
- Add in remaining seasonings and mix well.
- Spread the dough onto the pan. It'll be thin, but not as thing as pancake batter. You should be able to spread it without it being runny.
- Bake for 15 β 20 minutes, or until brown. Remove from oven and flip it over.
- Let it cool for a few minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup of sauce.
- Sprinkle with cheese and additional toppings and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
Additional Notes
The Wild Harvest Organic Tomato Sauce is really good if you kick it up with a bit of additional Italian Seasoning and Pizza Seasoning mixed in before you spread it on the crust.
