Coconut Flour Crust Pizza

175 Calories Per Slice With Sauce and Cheese (Recipe makes 8 slices)

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Canned Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Pizza Seasoning
  • 1 Clove Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup Wild Harvest Organic Tomato Sauce
  • 1/3 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 375ΒΊ. Line a pizza pan with parchment paper and spray with non stick olive oil cooking spray.
  2. Beat eggs in a medium bowl.
  3. Whisk in milk until well mixed.
  4. Add in remaining seasonings and mix well.
  5. Spread the dough onto the pan.  It'll be thin, but not as thing as pancake batter.  You should be able to spread it without it being runny.
  6. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes, or until brown.  Remove from oven and flip it over.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes.
  8. Add 1/2 cup of sauce.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese and additional toppings and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese bubbles.

Additional Notes

The Wild Harvest Organic Tomato Sauce is really good if you kick it up with a bit of additional Italian Seasoning and Pizza Seasoning mixed in before you spread it on the crust.
