Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz Ground Buffalo
  • 2 Large Portobello Mushrooms
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp McCormick's Steakhouse Onion Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • Dried Rosemary

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350º
  2. Remove stem and discard of it. Scoop innards out of mushroom and put them in a bowl.
  3. Add buffalo, garlic, vinegar and cumin to mushroom innards.  Mix well with hands.
  4. Divide meat mixture in half and stuff each mushroom cap.
  5. Sprinkle with dried rosemary and bake for 20-25 minutes.
