Ingredients
- 3.5 oz Ground Buffalo
- 2 Large Portobello Mushrooms
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp McCormick's Steakhouse Onion Seasoning
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- Dried Rosemary
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350º
- Remove stem and discard of it. Scoop innards out of mushroom and put them in a bowl.
- Add buffalo, garlic, vinegar and cumin to mushroom innards. Mix well with hands.
- Divide meat mixture in half and stuff each mushroom cap.
- Sprinkle with dried rosemary and bake for 20-25 minutes.
