2 Cups Chicken Broth
12 oz Pasta Shells
2 Cans Chunk Light Tuna in Water
1 Family Size Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Stick of Butter
2 Tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream
Pour chicken broth into Instant Pot. Gently submerge shell pasta as much as possible.
Pour Cream of Mushroom over shells to cover them as much as possible. Do not stir.
Drain water from tuna. Sprinkle tuna over Cream of Mushroom soup.
Cut butter into thin slices and layer over tuna.
Put lid on Instant Pot and turn valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for six minutes. At conclusion of cooking cycle, perform a quick release.
Stir mixture and scrape up tuna/shells from the bottom of pot.
Stir in heavy whipping cream and let sauce thicken.
