Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1/4 cup Low Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dried Chia Seeds
  • 1/3 cup Skim Milk
  • 10 drops Sweet Leaf Stevia Clear

Directions

  • Combine oats, yogurt, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, stevia, chia seeds and milk in jar. 
  • Put lid on and shake well.
  • Remove lid, add apple sauce and stir until well combined.
  • Return lid and place in refrigerator overnight or up to two days.

Additional Notes

This oatmeal is no cook and is meant to eat chilled.
