Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1/4 cup Low Fat Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 1/2 tsp Dried Chia Seeds
- 1/3 cup Skim Milk
- 10 drops Sweet Leaf Stevia Clear
Directions
- Combine oats, yogurt, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, stevia, chia seeds and milk in jar.
- Put lid on and shake well.
- Remove lid, add apple sauce and stir until well combined.
- Return lid and place in refrigerator overnight or up to two days.
Additional Notes
This oatmeal is no cook and is meant to eat chilled.
