Italian Chicken and Avocado Burger

Ingredients
- 2 Portobello Mushrooms
- 4 oz Ground Chicken Breast
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Sugar Free Tomato Sauce
- 1 tsp minced Garlic
- 1/4 cup Shredded Mozzerella
- 1 oz Avocado
Directions
- Scoop innards out of mushroom caps and add to chicken. Mix well with hands.
- Add seasonings and sauce. Mix well again. Form into a patty.
- Grill patty until chicken is completely cooked.
- Place cooked patty on mushrooms as if they were buns.
- Top with cheese and avocado.
