Italian Chicken and Avocado Burger

Ingredients

  • 2 Portobello Mushrooms
  • 4 oz Ground Chicken Breast
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Sugar Free Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tsp minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Mozzerella
  • 1 oz Avocado

Directions

  1. Scoop innards out of mushroom caps and add to chicken.  Mix well with hands.
  2. Add seasonings and sauce. Mix well again.  Form into a patty.
  3. Grill patty until chicken is completely cooked.
  4. Place cooked patty on mushrooms as if they were buns.
  5. Top with cheese and avocado.
