Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Directions

  1. Pre-Heat oven to 350º
  2. Mix all ingredients together in bowl until loose dough forms
  3. Roll dough out until thin between two pieces of parchment paper
  4. Use pizza cutter to cut dough into triangles
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden

Additional Notes

The amount of chips you get from this recipe varies based on how big you cut your dough.  I made small to medium size chips and got about 80 out of the dough the last time I made them.
